Study material
Every episode comes with two documents made from the same reading and in the same order as the episode, so what you hear and what you read line up.
The study notes
A PDF, A4, in the subject's colour. The first page carries the episode's cover and title. Then:
- The overview: what the reading is about, in a paragraph.
- One section per part of the episode, with the form that fits the idea: a paragraph, a list of points, a definition set apart in a box, two things compared side by side, a table, a spectrum between two poles, steps in order, one idea with its parts around it, a worked example, or a chart where the reading has numbers.
- Terms and their definitions, key figures and their roles, and a timeline where the material has one.
- Remember: the handful of points to take away.
- The answer key to the practice questions, on the last page, printed upside down so it is there when you want it and not in the way when you do not.
The practice questions
A Word file with the questions one section at a time and space under each to type your answer. The questions cover what the episode covers; the answer key is in the notes.
Where to find them
In the app, in the episode's menu: Study notes opens the PDF and Practice questions the Word file, each in the app you normally use for that kind of file.
What to keep in mind
The notes and the questions are written by the same AI models as the episode, from the reading you gave them, and both end with a line that says so. A definition can be too neat, a number can be wrong. Use them to organise your study and to test yourself; check what matters against the source.
